Patrick took to X to criticize Newsom in three posts, amid claims by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power that teams have struggled to maintain the water pressure needed by firefighters to tackle the blazes.
Los Angeles County Fire Department Captain Sheila Kelliher Berkoh had told FOX: 'The strain that this fire has put on the water system and the hydrants, they’re just not designed for that type of usage all at once for 15 hours straight.
In a separate post, she shared a video of the poverty in downtown Los Angeles, before the fires had erupted around the city, and said: 'Highest state tax in the country for that view.
'At some point I have to imagine it’s getting difficult for hardcore Cali lovers to accept the state of their state and how it’s managed.'.
