Sean 'Diddy' Combs' attorneys have lashed out after the trailer for an upcoming documentary about the music mogul was released. The rapper, 55, who is being held in New York City on multiple charges of sex trafficking and assault, is the topic of the forthcoming film, Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy, which will be released on Peacock January 14.
The 90-second preview included people claiming to be insiders who were interviewed for the tell-all documentary, giving their version of events. The movie is one of several to be released after his arrest in September 2024. Combs' lawyers released a lengthy statement on Friday stating, 'These documentaries include unchecked claims and provide platforms for baseless conspiracy theories without accountability or evidence.'.
'In the case of the Peacock documentary in particular, the motivations and credibility of those being interviewed must be questioned. Many claim to have knowledge but lack any connection to the truth, while their wild, unfounded theories are cut and sensationalized to appear factual.'.
