Disney+ is set to launch a blockbuster series that’s gearing up to be your next streaming binge. While the House of Mouse’s streamer may be best known as the home of Marvel and Star Wars, it’s also the place to go for gripping series like Rivals and Only Murders in the Building.
Now it’s debuting a new series from the executive producer of Only Murders in the Building that’s packed with twists and turns and conspiracy woven throughout. Streaming later this month, Paradise is an eight-part murder-mystery thriller that promises watercooler moments in each instalment.
Its official synopsis reads: “Read between the lies. Paradise is set in an upscale community inhabited by some of the world’s most prominent individuals. But this tranquillity explodes when a shocking murder occurs and a high-stakes investigation unfolds.”.

As revealed in the series trailer, Xavier is the last person to see the president alive after being entrusted with top-secret national security information. This leads to intense scrutiny as he becomes embroiled in the investigation.
Disney+ now costs as little as £4.99 a month, but members can get 12 months for the price of 10 by paying for a year upfront on the ad-free Standard or Premium plans. Disney+ is the only place to stream hit shows like Rivals, The Bear and Shōgun, plus blockbuster franchises like Star Wars and Marvel.
