Chloe added that she wanted to start the fundraising campaign to help alleviate confusion as so how people can help. 'I know that it is extremely overwhelming, there are so many charities, theres so many GoFundMes...and I really wanted to create one place in which you can trust to donate funds and know that they are going to go to the right people,' she said.
