Two weeks after the procedure in October 2023, Dilber died following two emergency visits to hospital with excruciating headaches, her husband's lawyer Sascha Flatz told the court.
The 28-year-old mum, named as Dilber, in court papers died after suffering for two weeks, her distraught partner told Austria's Palace of Justice in Vienna, on February 3.
Post mortem examinations found Dilber had died from an acute auto-immune reaction probably triggered by a response to the filler op, judges heard.
Medics at the Donaustadt Clinic in Vienna repeatedly sent her home before admitting her as a patient but days later she was dead, he said.
