Donald Trump appears 'tired' of hush money trial at sentencing showing 'reminder of his authority' Donald Trump appeared more "emotionally tired" during his sentencing over a hush money trial, says a body language expert, as they said the incoming president appeared over it with a "reminder of his authority".

Body language expert Judi James analyzed photos of Trump in trial this morning, revealing that he looked less worrisome than he has at other court appearances.

She said: “This does not seem to be Trump in the same hunched, vengeful alpha body language mode as he adopted during some of her previous court appearances and even his iconic mug shot.

He was given an “unconditional discharge,” which is a sentence imposed “without imprisonment, fine or probation supervision.” That means he won’t see jail time, and he’s set to take office come January 20.

He was facing sentencing for 34 felony charges related to the falsification of business records to hide a payment made to an adult film actress.
