Donald Trump today declared the USA would enter a "golden age" and made a flurry of pledges including sending Americans to Mars, "take back" the Panama Canal and renaming the Gulf of Mexico. The 47th President said he would immediately begin issuing executive orders that would designate cartels as terrorist organisations, send the military to the southern border with Mexico and tackle gender recognition. He is expected to sign upward of 200 executive orders today.

The 47th President reiterated his worldview that America had supported foreign governments and become entangled in conflicts on other continents. He recalled his assassination attempt in July and claimed his survival was by God's design to "make America great again.".
