Drake was definitely amused by his unofficial look-alike contest, organized by Casuals Cakery, which was held at Toronto hotspot Apt 200 on Saturday afternoon. The 38-year-old Canadian crooner - who boasts 216.3M social media followers - reposted lots of footage of the 20 contestants captioned: 'I love this city!'.
The winner was originally supposed to receive a 'Toronto Manz' package containing a bottle of Hennessy cognac and a pack of Backwoods cigars, but Drake (born Aubrey Graham) generously offered to add '10 bands' aka $10K to the 'main prize.'. In the end, Makayla Chambers 'got the loudest cheers' and won the 'Drake-alike Challenge.'.
'It feels great. It feels like I made it,' the 21-year-old Toronto chef gushed to the Toronto Star. '[The pigtails look was] different than everybody else's. That's why I'm like, "Okay, I'll have it!"'.
