Erin Andrews revealed a blunt yet effective response from Michael Strahan when she consulted him before starting her entrepreneurial ventures. While the pair are colleagues on Fox, Andrews looked to Strahan for advice on their business projects, including her clothing line, WEAR.

In an interview with The Entrepreneur posted on Instagram, Andrews credited Strahan with her success. She also recalled the advice he gave which has stayed with her ever since. Andrews' first words were, 'I want to be the female version of Michael Strahan.'.

Later in the conversation, Andrews revealed that Strahan advised her to 'work like you're broke.'. This mindset has worked out for Strahan who has found entrepreneurial success after a 15-year career in the NFL. Andrews asked her 14-time Grammy-winning friend to wear her pieces several times last year as Swift's romance with Travis Kelce began bringing more eyes to Chiefs games. Within seconds, Swifties flooded her online store - selling out her Chiefs windbreaker.
