According to the official synopsis, “From homemade tapas, fresh regional seafood delicacies, rustic paellas and beyond, Eva will enjoy some of Spain's most iconic traditional dishes and explore how innovative Spanish cuisine is propelling the future of fine dining.”.
This follows Longoria’s previous series, Eva Longoria: Searching for Mexico, where she explored the impact of history and culture on Mexican cuisine.
In November, Longoria denied that her decision to leave the U.S. was politically motivated, clarifying that she moved over three years ago for work-related reasons and now primarily divides her time between Spain and Mexico.
The Desperate Housewives star is set to explore her ancestral roots in her new series Searching for Spain, which premieres on April 27 on CNN.
