Aaron Phypers is being sued over an allegedly failed treatment administered at his wellness center in Malibu, California. A lawsuit was filed against the husband of former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards — who revealed this month that her breast implants ruptured while she filmed Special Forces: World's Toughest Test — on November 13, 2024, according to documents obtained by People.
Phypers, 52, is being sued for fraud by Rupert Perry on behalf of his late wife Elina Katsioula-Beall, who was treated at Phypers' wellness center in 2023 for cancer. Perry alleges that Phypers offered to refund half of the money spent on a treatment for his wife's cancer, but after it apparently failed to improve her condition, Phypers allegedly refused to honor the verbal agreement.
According to the lawsuit, Katsioula-Beall, who was diagnosed with sarcoma in 2019, learned of a 'stem cell treatment' that Phypers' facility conducted on patients that she hoped to try to treat her cancer. Perry claims that Phyper said the treatment 'would cure or at least ameliorate Ms. Katsioula-Beall’s condition.'.
