SCARLETT Moffatt is facing another blow after tickets for her adult panto have been slashed by up to 80 percent. Punters can now scoop up tickets to X-rated adult panto Snow White and The Seven Drag Queens for as low as a fiver. While tickets are retailing for between £25 - £56 per ticket at venue box offices, a seat-filling website is quietly flogging them for much less.
Surprisingly, seats at the Newcastle show on Jan 4 are part of the reduced offering via ShowFilmFirst. North East lass Scarlett is the production's headline name with support from Celebrity Big Brother champ David Potts and Ru Paul’s Drag Race stars Michael Marouli and Tomara Thomas.
Scores of tickets are still available at venues in cities including Manchester and Brighton. While punters can still purchase up to 40 tickets per person for the show’s London date. Scarlett previously said: “I am beyond excited to be playing a baddy for the first time. It’s going to be so much fun!.
"Panto season is always my favourite time of the year; the glamour, the chaos, the fun; and this time it’s adult themed so leave the children at home! I’m excited that I get to work alongside seven fabulous drag queens which is just the cherry on top of the Christmas cake.”.
In a departure from the Disney classic, dwarves are swapped for drag queens called: Itchy, Bitchy, Tipsy, Tiny, Horny, Windy and Pot. The blow comes after we revealed that Scarlett’s ITV2 series Love Bites had been axed. The cooking/dating programme launched during the coronavirus pandemic and saw three cooks each prepare a three-course meal for one singleton looking for love.
