An unnamed woman claimed she made complaints about Gino - who she described as a 'vulgar cretin' to ITV after hearing the comment,, which she claims were ignored.

According to her, ITV were 'cowardly' and ignored the complaint.The Mirror has contacted ITV, Holly Willoughby and Gino's representatives for comment.
