A 12-year-old girl has been charged with manslaughter after the death of a pensioner dog walker. Bhim Kohli, 80, was just 30 seconds from home when he was attacked in Franklin Park, near Leicester, in September. The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court today.
