Glamorgan SACK head coach Grant Bradburn after he was charged with misconduct following claims of inappropriate behaviour Glamorgan on Monday sacked head coach Grant Bradburn after the cricket regulator charged the New Zealander with misconduct.
‘Following a referral from Glamorgan and an investigation by the Cricket Regulator, Grant Bradburn has been charged with one breach of Regulation 3.3 of the Professional Conduct Regulations,’ a statement to Mail Sport read.
Regulation 3.3 reads: ‘No Participant may conduct themself in a manner, do any act or make any omission at any time which is improper or which may be prejudicial to the interests of cricket or which may bring the ECB, the game of cricket or any cricketer or group of cricketers into disrepute.’.
Bradburn, 58, was one year into a three-year contract, but the club say his position became untenable after claims of inappropriate behaviour resulted in an alleged breach of English cricket’s code of conduct.
