“It’s going to be a bumper year for the band, and getting booked to play this half-time show is like the cherry on the cake.”. As a big fan of the American group, I was in the crowd for their only UK show, at London’s O2 Arena last September, and they were excellent. New frontwoman Emily Armstrong blew me away with her vocals and proved she was the perfect fit for the band following the sad death of Chester Bennington in 2017.
