Irving had interest last summer to leave West Ham but opted to stay at the club after backing from his partner, Zoe.
The report has also claimed that Irving is "shrewd with his money" and is already making moves to set up a comfortable life when he hangs up his boots.
Irving's unlikely success in East London saw him earn his first start in the Premier League in the 2-1 defeat to Chelsea.
So far this season, Irving has made nine appearances in the Premier League and one more in the Carabao Cup.
Irving, 24, signed for the Hammers in the summer of 2023 but was never officially announced by the club.
