'I compared two different dehumidifiers and only one cleared my condensation'

Dehumidifiers are a great way of ensuring our homes remain mould-free, especially during the colder months of the year when weather turns damp. Condensation build-up around windows and the struggle to dry laundry inside are just some of the many problems we will all face throughout winter. A dehumidifier, though, can help tackle these issues - and it doesn't have to break the bank.
TikTok user jordanpayne25, who describes herself as "just a mum doing everything she can", recently experimented with some of the more smaller dehumidifiers you can purchase on the internet. The mum wanted to see whether a pot-sized dehumidifier worked better than a hanging bag-shaped dehumidifier.
Writing on her video, the content creator said: "Bags or pots? There is also a reusable version which is great in the car." In the 36-second clip, the mum reveals the results and there is one clear winner. She said: "Quick update on which one of these dehumidifiers are working better for me. So I put both of these out at the same time either side of the window about three of four days ago and I have got some results already.
"So you can see in the bag - obviously some of the balls have been collected and some of the balls have melted - and there is a little bit of water in there. What you would expect I think from a couple of days. "So here's the pot I got from the same company so it should be pretty much the same. Actually, there's no water in here at all so, for me, I think the bags work better so I'm going to continue using them as a priority. They are making such a difference to my home so it gives me such peace of mind knowing I'm protecting my home just that little bit in this difficult time right now.".
