After discussing the treatment on a podcast, Marcela's listeners comparing her to Demi Moore's character in The Substance - Elisabeth Sparkle -who injects herself with a mystery drug to see the creation of a younger version of herself.
Marcela – who has spent more than £89,000 on cosmetic treatments over the years – has been injecting her face, hands and legs with the substance for a plump glow.
Marcela, from Buenos Aires in Argentina, said: "As of late, people love to compare me to Elisabeth from The Substance.
