Incredible country with 33C heat in February but Brit travellers issued warning

Brits looking to get some sun have been booking one country in particular with scorching temperatures of 33C - but there's a catch. Thailand has been labelled as an ideal destination to jet off to at the start of this year, and it's not just for its stunning views. According to Rough Guides, "rain is scarce" in February - a time when Britain is typically wet and cold.
The Asian country offers around nine hours of sunlight in February. And compared to the limited hours we are receiving in England, it makes perfect sense why it would be the perfect time to travel abroad. But experts warned "crowds stick", particularly at tourist hot spots at the beginning of the year. "The crowds stick around, especially in top tourist spots, though the month sees slightly fewer visitors than January," the website states. "The weather is still comfortably warm and dry, ideal for outdoor activities like trekking or island hopping.".
Temperatures average between 27C to 32C in February. Over in Bangkok, conditions still sit comfortably at 23C at night, with southern beaches like Krabi and Koh Samui mirroring similar temperatures of 24C. The website states: "February is the perfect month to visit Thailand. The weather in Thailand in February is dry and comfortable, with warm sunny days and cool evenings, especially in the northern and central regions. This is the peak tourist season, so plan and book accommodation and activities well in advance.
"In the southern beach areas such as Phuket and Krabi, the weather is ideal for swimming and water sports. There are also colourful festivals, including Chinese New Year, with grand parades and cultural events. This month provides the perfect opportunity to explore cultural attractions, enjoy outdoor activities and immerse yourself in Thailand's diverse culture and natural beauty.".
