The court heard how the immigrant, who is awaiting legal status to remain the UK, first 'ran up' to the 15-year-old and her elder sister outside the fish and chip shop.
Satwinder Singh, 32, is said to have attempted to touch the breasts of the two youngsters, aged 15 and 16, in separate attacks just a few minutes apart.
Poole Magistrates' Court heard as he was being arrested, the 32-year-old accused looked at the girls and 'licked his lips in a dirty way.'.
