ITV The Masked Singer UK's Snail's identity 'uncovered' as much-loved pop star

The fifth series of The Masked Singer UK is well underway on ITV1, with fans once again hooked on the hit TV show. Three celebrities have already been unmasked, with Good Morning Britain's Kate Garraway being unveiled as the celebrity behind Spag Bol, Macy Gray being unmasked as Bear, and Prue Leith being behind Pegasus.
As usual, fans have been eagerly trying to piece together the clues and guess which celebrities are behind the remaining characters - Bush, Dressed Crab, Kingfisher, Pufferfish, Snail, Tattoo, Teeth, Toad In The Hole and Wolf. One performer who has caught The Masked Singer fans' attention is Snail, with the identity of the singer being tipped to be a very famous face.
Betway has shared the odds for the top five female celebrities who fans think could be behind the Snail costume on this year's The Masked Singer. Taking the top spot is Emma Bunton, who rose to fame in the Spice Girls. Baby Spice sits at odds of 3/1, closely followed by TV favourite Emma Willis at 4/1. Meanwhile, Mary Berry is at 5/1, followed by Bridgerton's Nicola Coughlon at 7/1 and West End star Amber Davies at 10/1.
Mike Reading, spokesperson at Betway, said: “There’s just a day to go until either Wolf, Toad in the Hole, Bear, Bush or Pufferfish face the final curtain call and are unmasked - in an exit that’s already been teased to be one of the most shocking in the show's history.
“Already, fans and the panel alike have guessed famous names, from actor David Tennant as Wolf (5/1) to singers Macy Gray as Toad in the Hole (5/1) and Jamie-Lynn Spears as Pufferfish (5/1), and even celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay as Bear (8/1). With the stage set, all eyes will be on which celeb will be revealed in the dramatic unmasking.”.
