Jade Thirlwall had fans head over heels after she released her brand new single IT girl on Friday - which they firmly believe could be a second savage dig at Simon Cowell. The former Little Mix star, 32, has been topping charts since embarking on her solo career earlier last summer.
And she delighted fans with a brand new song, which was praised for being 'unapologetic' and 'authentic' aside from a 'banger'. But something else got fans on the edge as they raced to analyse the single's lyrics just minutes after its release. At one point in the song, Jade sings 'it's a no from me' - hinting to the famous phrase often used by Simon on The X Factor to reject contestants.

She continues singing: 'Put me on the pedestal, watch me dance, dance to the beat till I can't stand.'. 'Clause in the contract, contract gone, gone is the girl that you could con,' she concludes. In her debut solo single, Angel Of My Dreams, Jade sings, 'sold my soul to a Psycho' - openly taking a swipe at the music mogul.
