Jake Paul and Mike Tyson clearly have no animosity towards each other as the pair reunited just two months on from their boxing showdown in Texas. The two stars went toe-to-toe inside the ring back in November in what was a real hit on popular streaming service Netflix. Sixty million households tuned into the clash, while the event hit a peak of 65 million live streams. Tyson - who had retired from boxing in 2005 - made his return to the professional boxing scene to take on the social media star.

While many thought 'Iron Mike' could roll back the years, his age showed on fight night as the boxing veteran failed to land anything significant throughout the encounter. Despite failing to get the knockout, Paul would go on to get his hand raised via unanimous decision.

Both men were reunited on Monday night as they attended multiple galas in Washington DC to celebrate Donald Trump's historic inauguration earlier in the day. Mr Trump was sworn in as the nation's 47th president - with many A-listers eager to witness history. While 'The Problem Child' and Tyson were enemies back in November, they were among those ready to party before running into each other.

In a video uploaded to X - formerly known as Twitter - Tyson was seen getting on his former rival's shoulders as various onlookers chanted words of support. The 28-year-old lifted the former heavyweight world champion with ease as 'Iron Mike' shouted in excitement. Both were dressed up very smartly for the black-tie event. 'The Problem Child' had a simple two-word caption for the post as he wrote: "BEST FRIENDS.''.
