James Martin shares major concern ahead of 'serious' career move away from ITV show Famed chef and restaurateur James Martin is shifting his focus from television to his upcoming tour, but he's confessed to having some stage fright.
Despite his nerves, Martin is thrilled to be performing in front of large crowds and promises a unique experience that's different from his Saturday morning ITV show.
James shared a touching moment from his journey to fame as he recalled performing at the London Palladium with his family cheering him on: "On my last tour we played a Sunday night at The London Palladium.
"People think the live shows are going to be like my Saturday morning show, but it's really not - it's fast-paced, fun comedy, made by a great team and it is really cool.".
He listed some of the "serious" venues he'll be performing at, including Birmingham Symphony Hall, Newcastle 02, and Bridgewater Hall in Manchester, and shared his concern about disappointing the audience.
