James Martin is renowned as one of the country's top chefs and for hosting his popular ITV cookery show on a Saturday morning when he cooks for a host of guests. But the TV star made an admission during the latest installment of the programme on Saturday, January 25 when he shared with his guests and viewers that he fancied a life change.

James was cooking a meal for former Emmerdale star Kelvin Fletcher and his wife Liz, who are now run a farm on the edge of the Peak District National Park and share their adventures with their fans through their own ITV show, Fletchers' Family Farm. After chatting about the Fletchers' decision to change their former city lifestyles for the countryside, James told the pair: "I have urges myself to do exactly what you're doing because people do - they look at that very well-known internet site and look at property going 'should I, should I?' but you took the plunge and you did it. One day I'm thinking I'd love to go to Scotland - the crew would hate it as they'd have to travel all that way but I just have this overwhelming urge to go to Scotland and do exactly what you've been doing.".

Liz replied: "Just do it!" To which James responded: "I don't think the crew would be too happy but I admire what you're doing as well, I think it's absolutely fantastic.". A move to Scotland could be tricky right now as James, who is originally from Yorkshire, films his cookery programme from his Hampshire home where he has a specially designed kitchen in his garage.
