A 1-0 victory against Ipswich yesterday sent the Gunners above fellow contenders Chelsea, who currently hold 35 points and are seven adrift of the league leaders. Enzo Maresca and his players have looked to play down their title chances but Carragher believes there is indeed an enthralling three-horse race. However, the pundit is confident one team will eventually fall away from the pace.

'It is between Liverpool and Arsenal,' Carragher said, writing for The Telegraph. 'Enzo Maresca has done an excellent job at Chelsea this season. I was not sure when the club opted not to keep Mauricio Pochettino last summer, but they appointed a coach with a specific profile and Maresca has brought the squad together.
