Jennifer Aniston has revealed the one health tip that she really can't stand - and it's a mantra that is as old as time. Aniston, 55, recently shared that she doesn't like the term 'no pain, no gain,' as she believes it's not true. 'No pain, no gain. That's not true at all,' the Friends star told People in a new interview. 'You can actually have gain with no pain.'.
She divulged that over the years, she's tried a lot of different fitness programs and routines, like '45 minutes of cardio, floor work and then weights,' and has come to the same conclusion. 'I know more, because I've tried it all,' she shared with the outlet.
'And my big takeaway is, "Boy, you didn't have to hurt your body so much back then. You didn't need to beat yourself up."'. The Just Go With It actress also admitted that she doesn't like to make New Year's resolutions, either, as she doesn't 'want to let [herself] down.'.
'I'm not a good person to ask about that. I don't make resolutions,' the star shared.
