Casper isn't letting the raid ruin his holidays, however, as he's currently in Las Vegas, according to his Instagram Stories.
California state law allows adults 21 and older to cultivate up to six cannabis plants in or on the premises of their private residence, per the Los Angeles County Consumer & Business Affairs.
