Jesy Nelson makes motherhood U-turn as she announces that she is pregnant with twins after previously admitting she's 'never had that maternal feeling'

The former Little Mix star, 33, took to Instagram on Sunday to share a snap of her growing baby bump as she revealed she's expecting twins with ex-boyfriend Zion, Foster, 26. Jesy was seen in the snap beaming alongside Zion months after the pair were reported to have split in September, with the singer claiming that she is 'eating for three' now.

However, while Jesy is delighted to be expecting her first children, she has made an apparent U-turn from her previous stance having said in the past that she 'didn't want' children as motherhood is 'just not in me'. In 2021, she told Glamour UK: 'No I don't want children.'.

She added: 'It's just not in me. I think as a woman, [motherhood is] either in you or it isn't. 'You either have that maternal feeling or you don't, and I've never had that feeling.'. But at the time, Jesy had a massive appreciation for women who choose to become mothers as she hailed her own mum as a superhero. Jesy grew up as part of a single-parent family with three siblings but admitted that she had 'never even thought' about having a baby.
