Jesy Nelson's ex-boyfriend has spoken out with a strong statement after her pregnancy news. On Sunday, fans of the musician were left gobsmacked when the former Little Mix singer took to social media to announce she's pregnant – with twins. The X Factor star shared a snap of herself with her growing bump and told fans: "She's eating for 3 now." In the snap, she rocked a white sports bra and camouflage patterned sweatpants as she rubbed her growing baby bump. Her partner Zion Foster stood behind her as they posed for the photo.

But the couple appeared to have split in September last year, with Zion stating on social media: "Beautiful woman inside and out, wish her nothing but the best." However, it appears that their romance is firmly back on-track with the soon-to-be parents posing together to share the happy news.

Jesy's upload has been liked over 460,000 times since she posted and has been flooded with over 7,000 comments. One of those comments is from her ex-boyfriend, former Love Island star, Chris Hughes. The telly personality who has gone on to make a name for himself in the horse racing broadcast industry commented: "Go on girl," alongside a white heart and baby emoji.

Other famous faces who commented include Amy Childs who gushed: "Congrats babe." Former X Factor and Kingsland Road singer Jay Scott added: "Aww congrats." "Wonderful news," typed Alan Carr. Amanda Holden responded: "Congratulations darling," along with four red heart emojis.

Her pregnancy news also saw the resurfacing of her her thoughts on motherhood during a chat with Glamour. She told the glossy outlet that motherhood was not for her and could never see herself having children. Speaking to the publication, she said: "It's just not in me. I think as a woman, [motherhood is] either in you or it isn't. You either have that maternal feeling or you don't, and I've never had that feeling. I think women have to do what is right for them.".
