Josie Gibson stormed out of the Capital Breakfast studio as she broke down in tears during Monday's show. The This Morning presenter, 39, made sure she had the last laugh after pranking host Jordan North after he gave her a Christmas pudding costume as a gift.

Getting into role, Josie began opening the present as Jordan excitedly joked: 'I think you should wear my present on Christmas day.'. However, the radio DJ's gift didn't land as he hoped and a sombre mood fell over the studio as she unwrapped the pudding costume.

Turning to a member of the crew off air, she said: 'Tom, I told you I didn’t want to talk about this. I’ve told you, like we know each other, and I’ve told you I didn’t want to talk about it.'. Tom then replied: 'Umm I thought it would be funny because of the Christmas pudding story.'.

Staying in role Josie added: 'This is really bad,' before she broke down in tears and stormed out of the studio.
