The Chiefs' threads for their Big Easy showdown against the Philadelphia Eagles for a definitive spot in NFL record books have been threaded and are ready for the Super Bowl in less than two weeks. Kansas City released a video adding the Super Bowl LIX logo to the right shoulder of the team's primarily white jerseys, which it has yet to wear in the postseason.

The Chiefs will be the road team for the Super Bowl, with the Eagles getting first-pick at what jerseys will be worn inside the Caesars Superdome. Philadelphia opting for its home green jerseys, leaving the Chiefs to pick their away uniform for the big game.

This will be the second time under Andy Reid that the Chiefs have worn white jerseys for the Super Bowl, with the last occasion also coming against the Eagles two years ago. In both Super Bowl wins over the 49ers and the defeat against the Tom Brady-led Buccaneers, the Chiefs wore their home red jerseys.
