He snapped up the home in October 2024 for $35 million, but according to real estate website Zillow it is worth around $28.4 million as of February 2025.
Kanye, 47, made a big splash at the Grammys after returning to Los Angeles last month - following a long stint living in hotels in Tokyo.
Kanye told pals it was all in the name of "art" and has since boasted on Instagram that Bianca, 30, is now the most Googled woman on the planet.
