Kanye West reveals Bianca Censori's role in discovering his autism after misdiagnosis Kanye West has opened up about his autism diagnosis, revealing his wife was behind his decision to get checked.
He said: "Autism takes you to a Rain Man thing where you’re like 'oh I'm gonna wear this Trump hat cause I just like Trump in general' and then when people tell you to not do it you just get on that one point and that’s my problem...," Kanye explained.
"I went to this doctor – one who worked with Justin Bieber – my wife took me to do that because she said 'something about your personality doesn’t seem like its Bipolar,'" Kanye told Justin during their chat.
He went on to give an example of how his autism affected his behaviour as he made reference to the 1988 hit movie Rain Main starring Tom Cruise, who's character learns his brother has autism.
The rapper, 47, explained how Bianca Censori, 30, told him she didn't believe his initial diagnosis of bipolar disorder was indeed correct.
