KANYE West has reportedly lost a $20 million deal to play in Japan after he and his wife turned heads at the Grammys on Sunday. The controversial rapper, 47, took to the red carpet with his wife Bianca Censori, 30, on Sunday night at the prestigious music event. But the pair left onlookers gobsmacked and set tongues wagging when they pulled a controversial stunt that saw Australian model Bianca strip off to a completely sheer dress.
And now, according to a report, Ye's investors are unhappy and have pulled the rug from beneath him and a deal they had in the pipeline. "The stunt was creepy beyond belief and has been greeted with horror in Japan.". The source went on to say how Japan is having a "cultural awakening" in regard to women's rights and the MeToo movement, which is why investors are not best pleased. "What he did is being seen as an act of coercive control which is utterly unacceptable," the source added.
"He has completely culturally misjudged Japan.". This comes after Kanye spent the majority of 2024 in Tokyo, with him and his wife spotted out on dates several times. Kanye and Bianca "were not believed to have been officially invited to the Grammys", a source told The U.S. Sun last night, amid the nude stunt they pulled. More to follow...
