The Good Morning Britain presenter, 57, shared a video to Instagram showing branches scattered around her garden, as well as the work she has done to repair the fence.
Although Kate Garraway ensured viewers they had taken all safety precautions and followed advice, fans on X, weren't impressed a string of ITV presenters had been sent to the frontline.
It came after Kate's Good Morning Britain was slammed for sending journalists out into the weather to report on the the storm.
The presenter could be seen struggling to stay still as ferocious winds swept through the town with winds of over 100mph hitting Ireland and Scotland.
