She began previews for Our Town on September 17, with the production officially opening on October 10. The show originally ran on Broadway in 1938 and became an instant classic of the American stage, winning the Pulitzer Prize For Drama.

Amid a Spartan stage set, characters break the fourth wall, travel backwards in time and even return from beyond the grave. And after weeks of stepping into the shoes of a Grover's Corners citizen, the production is gearing up for its final stint of shows.
The final show is scheduled for Sunday, January 19, 2025, at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre. The revival features more diverse casting and includes Jim Parsons, Zoey Deutch, Ephraim Sykes, Julie Halston, Richard Thomas and Michelle Wilson. Holmes stars as Mrs. Webb, mother to Deutsch's protagonist Emily.
