It has now been confirmed Katie did attend a private interview on September 24 and that this had provided “sufficient provision of information” to avoid the need for a public examination concerning her first bankruptcy.
Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Catherine Burton said the four companies are "obligated to deduct 40 per cent of the income due to being paid to Ms Price" each month for the next three years.
The suspension was lifted by Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Sebastian Prentis on Tuesday, backdated to December 7 last year, meaning the bankruptcy will now be discharged.
