Premier League heavyweights Manchester United and Manchester City both secured home fixtures in the draw conducted by ex-Arsenal players Theo Walcott and Scott.
The Football Focus host emptied the balls into the container prior to the draw with Walcott picking the home teams and Scott picking the away sides.
Both Walcott and Scott laughed off the incident once they realised everything was in order, and Somers reassured them: "Perfectly done - do not worry.".
