The cast, made of gauze and thick plaster, was formed to look like an open-toed shoe with a tall wedge heel. No skin was visible on Kim's foot or ankle but her toes were left fully exposed to show off her shiny red pedicure. The mother-of-four announced that she'd broken her foot earlier this month but has yet to reveal how the injury occurred.

'always ahead of your time in the fashion world. This goes harddddd,' penned one X user, with another adding: 'This will be the new trend'. Some hilariously speculated that the cast was a new design from Kim's favorite luxury brand Balenciaga or even a potential hint at Kim's next SKIMS collection.
