Friends of Kyle Walker and Annie Kilner have revealed the model entered the San Siro 'via the back doors' to watch her husband make his debut for AC Milan. The right-back, who is on loan to the Italian team from Manchester City, was named in Sérgio Conceição's starting eleven for their 1-1 draw with arch rivals Inter at the San Siro on Sunday night. It was the first time the 34-year-old had played since completing his move to the Serie A giants and it appeared that his partner was not in the crowd to cheer him on.
The couple's troubled marriage has made headlines in previous months with Annie allegedly serving him papers ahead of a £27million divorce. But friends of the pair say Annie 'chose a low key entrance into the stadium' to support Walker with their children Roman, 12, Riaan, eight, Reign, six and five-month-old Rezon. They told MailOnline: 'Annie and the boys were in the stands to support Kyle as he made his first appearance on the pitch. They have spent the weekend in Milan, enjoying family time together, checking out the local hotspots and getting to know the area.
'The focus today was purely on the game and - as such - the family chose a low key entrance into the stadium via the back doors. It was a big day for Kyle, who made a huge impression an explosive first appearance with his new team. 'The media spotlight around their personal life has been intense and not something they invite in, particularly where their children are involved as they want to protect them as much as possible.'.

It was previously reported last week that Annie had decided to travel to Milan in a private jet with the children to support the move and the family appeared to be in great spirits as they were spotted at the Melia Milano hotel on Saturday. However, Annie is expected to remain in the UK with the children until their living situation in Italy is sorted. Annie, 33, kicked Walker out of the family home last October after she discovered he had secretly fathered a second child with his ex-Lauryn Goodman.
But since then the couple have apparently begun patching up their troubled relationship - and were pictured together with their children at Christmas. The latest pictures of the couple showed them enjoying time together at the five-star luxury establishment that Walker has been staying since he joined Milan. In one picture, Kyle was holding baby Rezon in his arms and waving at fans, with Annie close behind.
Another snap saw the family sit down to enjoy a meal together, before heading out and about to explore Milan. Before flying out, mother-of-four Annie, 33, made sure to stick to her original plans and attend her friends birthday celebrations. Walker clapped the fans after playing the full 90 minutes in his eagerly anticipated debut for AC Milan as his new side drew 1-1 with rivals Inter at the San Siro.
Walker 's first game would have ended in a victory if not for an injury time equalizer from Inter's Stefan de Vrij, cancelling out Tijjani Reijnders's first half strike. But the WAG is said to be 'sick and tired' of dropping everything for her husband and was notably absent during his unveiling in Milan last week. She has instead been pictured enjoying various events at home, keeping her followers updated by sharing photos to Instagram. Walker's shirt has also been spotted in AC Milan's dressing room hinting that the player might make his debut for the Serie A team tonight. However, following an alleged explosive row with Kyle, she chose to stay at home and celebrate her friend's 40th birthday instead. A friend told MailOnline: ‘Annie was really excited about the party as it was going to be one of the first times she’d let her hair down since Rezon.
