According to fashion bible Vogue, it was the exact one that was famously worn by Liz at the 1999 CFDA Awards. But fans were quick to point out that she had "destroyed" the historic garment with a giant tear due to an apparent fit issue.
Taking to a Reddit forum as photographs of her inside the venue were published, one commenter remarked, “Vintage dress destroyed successfully.”. Another chimed in, pointing out fit concerns: “It looks like it doesn’t fit her properly, maybe two sizes too small?”.
