The man in question, F1 legend Lewis Hamilton, 40, is now reportedly dating a Hollywood actress. The seven-time world champion was spotted on a dinner date in New York City with Modern Family beauty, Sofia Vergara.

They sat next to one another at a table by a window, with onlookers revealing that Sofia was incredibly spellbound by the racing car driver. According to onlookers, Sofia was so deep in conversation with Lewis that she "barely touched her food". The pair were joined by some pals, before flirting outside the eatery until Sofia headed off.

Lewis was spotted on a boat ride in Miami with the pop sensation. That latest came days after they enjoyed dinner together, although The Sun Online understands the relationship never went past the friend zone. She was last seen cheering Hamilton on at the Spanish Grand Prix in Barcelona back in the summer.
