Prosecutors in Cobb County, Georgia have charged Smith, 27, in connection with terroristic threats and willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer in the incident, TMZ reported Thursday after reviewing court documents.
Prosecutors said that Smith, who appeared on the sixth season of the reality show last summer, also verbally threatened to kill the law enforcement official in the September 30 outburst.
Smith appeared on season 6 of Love Island USA, which aired on Peacock.
'As she was being escorted away from the Orange Deck parking structure and to her Uber,' the arresting officer wrote in the warrant, 'she attempted to punch me, with a closed fist, however, she did not make contact with me.
