The 28-year-old Made In Chelsea star has returned to ITV's dating show for a third attempt to find a lasting relationship - having first appeared in the villa in 2023's season nine and the first All Stars version of Love Island last year.
But past actions have caught up with the reality star as Tina Stinnes has recounted how he ditched her for a group of other girls one evening.
The pair have history, with 29-year-old Tina explaining that she had shared a bed with Casey hours before he left her high and dry at the end of a night out together.
Whenever a contestant failed in the party game, they then had to either fulfil a dare, or share a secret - leading to a headache for Casey as his past was dragged up.
