Love Island's Luca Bish takes brutal swipe at Gemma Owen just minutes into show

Love Island star Luca Bish wasted no time in throwing shade at his ex Gemma Owen as the TV personality made his All Stars debut. The 25-year-old rose to fame on Love Island's 2022 series, where he met ex-girlfriend Gemma Owen. The pair made it to the Love Island final, coming in second place to champions Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu. However, shortly after leaving the villa, the couple split - with Gemma confirming the news in an Instagram story.
"To all my followers, I wanted to let you know that Luca and I are no longer in a relationship," Gemma wrote at the time. "It wasn’t an easy decision but ultimately this is what is best for us both right now. Many of you have been on this journey with us from the very beginning, and I want to thank you for your continued support as we start new chapters.".
While it's been three years since the couple were together, Luca has dredged the relationship back up again in his opening VT on Love Island: All Stars. The singleton, who is looking for love once again, told the show: "My relationship with Gemma lasted three months. Too long.".
Ahead of his debut on All Stars, Luca revealed that he would "walk out" of the villa if Gemma were to arrive as a bombshell. "I'd probably say I'm a Love Islander, get me out of it after watching I'm a Celebrity, that's on my mind," he told The Mirror. "No, I'd back her all the way and just hope she has a better experience than last time.".
