Love Island: All Stars has delivered the drama in its very first episode, with star Elma Pazar calling out fellow islander Marcel Somerville for his cheating scandal on the ITV show. The reality show spin-off, which returned tonight on ITV2 with host Maya Jama, saw the likes of Curtis Pritchard, India Reynolds, Kaz Crossley, Olivia Hawkins and other Love Island stars re-enter the villa for a second chance at love.
Since Marcel made his Love Island debut in 2017, he's been through ups and downs in his love life - with the 39-year-old cheating on girlfriend and Love Island co-star Gabby Allen in 2018 before being cheated on by his wife Rebecca Vieira last year. While Marcel is still reeling from the end of his marriage, his own indiscretions have been a hot topic in the villa from the start with Gabby bringing up their romantic past.
However, few would have predicted that Marcel's cheating ordeal would have been mentioned by co-star Elma. In one of the first games to be played in the All Stars villa, the 2025 ladies were tasked with handing red flags to the boys and explaining why they deserved them.
Starting off the round, Elma unexpectedly gave her red card to Marcel for "being a cheater", after the series three star was unfaithful during his relationship with Gabby. Marcel was quick to own up to his past wrongs, holding his hands up and explaining that he's a changed man. "I put my hands up, I made a mistake but I'm now a very different person," Marcel said.
Meanwhile, Olivia gave her red card to Ronnie Vint after revealing that he had messaged her on Instagram while in a relationship with Love Island co-star Harriett Blackmore. Sharing their history at the start of the episode, Olivia explained that Ronnie had secretly messaged her before splitting from Harriett late last year. Harriett and Ronnie met on the last series of Love Island, with the pair leaving the villa together before breaking up just weeks after returning from the ITV2 show.
