Olivia and Alex Bowen are expecting their second child!. The Love Island couple shared a sweet video on social media announcing the exciting news. "A moment, a love," they wrote. "Baby no2 - we’re waiting for you." The duo, who met on the ITV2 programme, already share son Abel. The clip shared on January 6 started with Olivia showing Alex the positive pregnancy test as he relaxed on the sofa. She also filmed Abel rocking a red sweatshirt with the words 'Big Brother 2025' embroidered on the back. Another touching moment saw the family rocking matching pyjamas in front of the Christmas tree as they held up the baby scans.
Olivia included sweet clips of Abel kissing her growing bump as well as videos of Alex accompanying her to the hospital for checkups. Fans rushed to the comment section to compliment the happy couple, with one user writing: "Look at me smiling from ear to ear! Congratulations," while another wrote: "Awwww so cute , congratulations.". One said: "Omg omg omg omg omg SO F**KING HAPPY! Congratulations angels [crying face emojis] the best journey ever." Another added: "Oh my goodness just the loveliest news!! Abel looks SOOOOO excited!!".
Only a few months ago did Olivia tease wanting to expand her brood. Speaking to OK! at London's Winter Wonderland during W7 Cosmetics' private Christmas Party, the mum-of-one admitted she was ensuring not to put too much pressure on having another, but is broody. "Me and Al really do want another child, but I guess it's just when it happens... We are trying for one, but I don't want to put too much pressure on why it's not happening or when it will. But I would love another one and Alex would as well, but two is the limit! It's mad enough with one," she said at the time.
Speaking of becoming a mum to OK!, she previously said: "When you’ve had a child, you don’t know if it’s going to make it [anxiety] better or worse. At first, it made it better, then it made it worse. It’s a bit of a whirlwind. Has it made me think seriously about having another child? I mean, I think I would struggle again.". In August last year, she told the Mirror about how Abel was delivered with the help of forceps in the 30-hour labour.
