Olivia Hawkins has slammed the public's perception of her as a 'villain' as she makes her return to Love Island. The series nine Islander entered the villa on the first day, where she quickly coupled up with Will. However, bombshell Tom decided to steal her. She then coupled up with Spencer before moving onto Kai before Casa Amor.

During Casa Amor she famously admitted she had forgot Kai's name, as things heated up between her and her fellow Islanders. She eventually brought Maxwell back to the villa - before they were dumped form the show. Speaking about her plan for the new series, she told The Mirror and other press: "I'm just going in as me, I'm going to be confident and bubbly as I always am. Hopefully I'll make some friends and some good memories. I'm not going in with any preconceived ideas.

"I don't have any regrets from the first time; I don't live with any regrets. Everything I do is how I feel in the moment, that's just how it went. I was there for eight weeks and met amazing people. I can't believe I'm getting to do it all over again; it's quite amazing really.".

Olivia also slammed claims she was ever a 'villain' on the show and branded the label "tiring". "I'm a confident girl but I don't go into things thinking I want to cause drama or want to be a controversial person. I just am a confident girl and if situations arise in there, I just face them how I face them," she explained.

"Was I ever a villain? I think it's tiring - that label - I'm just me. Some people will like me and some people won't. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, especially with reality television and no one really gets to know you as a person so obviously it's hard.".
